Do you want to learn how to create sophisticated custom interactive graphics and presentations? 

Even if you don't code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery, you can still learn to create audience-engaging online graphics that display images, video and data. 

 

In this three-hour workshop, you will learn how to use the latest plug-and-play Web tools that allow you to easily produce:

   

Multimedia timelines 
Maps that highlight locations while telling a story
Photos and graphics with layers of added context


Workshop participants must bring their own laptop. We will provide you with Wi-Fi access.

Sandeep Junnarkar, the former New York bureau chief of CNET News.com, has specialized in writing about technologies used in different industries. Junnarkar helped to create online editions of The New York Times, working as breaking news editor, writer, and Web producer when the paper went live on the Internet as The New York Times on the Web.
